We sincerely apologize if you have received a damaged item from us. Although all JLUXLABEL items undergo multiple quality checks during and after production, we regret this rare occurrence.

To promptly address this issue, please initiate your return through our returns portal and select the "damage" option. Ensure that the item remains in its original condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of any stains, odors, or damages. The original tags must still be attached.
