By pre-ordering an item, you're placing an order for an item that isn't available yet. The item will will be shipped at a later date displayed on the product page for visibility. You'll also find this date on your order confirmation email.

Can another color or size ship sooner?
Occasionally, a style is on pre-order in every color variation and size, meaning that no version can ship right away. Please check the product page for availability, or reach out to a member of our Customer Experience team and we’ll be happy to check
Can I return a Pre-Order item?
Our Pre-Order items follow our standard return policy and can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date through our returns portal. All items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original condition with tags attached.
How do I check the status of my Pre-Order?
