If you’ve exceeded the return window by a small margin, contact us as soon as possible. In some cases, we might extend a one-time courtesy and reopen the returns portal for you to initiate the exchange or return for a store credit. However, this is not guaranteed and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The standard return window is 14 days from the receipt of the package.
